Kylie began her career building connections in the travel industry, where she worked for 8 enjoyable years. She then moved into an HR/Recruiter function for a prestigious chain of London hotels, loving every minute of the 8 years she spent in her job.

Kylie now brings her skills, talent and love of her role as a recruiter to CMR Recruitment and The Recruitment Queen.

Kylie understands the need to find the perfect job. She strives to provide the same passion and satisfaction to her candidates as she has experienced in her own career. Her goal for her clients: Long-term job satisfaction.

Kylie’s success as a recruiter comes from her ability to listen to and understand the needs of both candidate and employer. She is a powerful advocate for all of her clients and she works hard to find the right position that meets their needs.

David is a goal-oriented recruiter. He goes to work each day determined to match each and every candidate with the job that is right for them. David understands that not all jobs are equal – each candidate is unique and has specific goals and requirements for their career. As do employers.

David works diligently to make the perfect match between candidate – job – employer so that everyone achieves 100% satisfaction in the service he provides.

David’s success as a recruiter comes from 10 years of experience recruiting within the property, IT, renewable energy and general office sectors. He was responsible for supervising and developing new consultants and resourcers whose skills and talents aligned with company needs and strategy. David has been responsible for headhunting the crème de la crème of top managers and executives – he knows what employers need and how to deliver to their expectations.

David’s personality and business strategy make him perfect as a recruiter. He is target driven and focused, and he knows the importance of teamwork.
